Status Updates From She Wants It: Desire, Power...

I really enjoyed this audiobook, read by the author, and will be engaging with more of their media in the near future. I was surprised at how negatively this was reviewed and wonder how much bias or prejudice folks brought to it. It’s not a perfect book, nor is Joey (fka Jill) a perfect person, but neither am I. We have so much more in common beyond that, as I was happy to learn.

So far, I’ll say that is book is not what I expected, and I don’t think that the title, subtitle or cover do a good job of preparing you for what’s inside.

I am loving this, her stream of consciousness is so easy to follow !!
