Finished the “Mornings” and “Chores” chapters; I think this is made more endearing listening to the author narrate bc she is a good performer and gives a lighthearted tone. It also helps that she walks you though a problem her family had, which of the listed methods she tried, the result, and how her kids still complain all the time bc it’s never something you’ll get away from lol

I can usually tell in the intro of these types of books whether they’ll be worth my time or leave me eye rolling. I like that the author has acknowledged the systemic problems that contribute to parental stress right now and that there’s still ways to stop and improve how you feel about the whole parenting experience. Audiobook is promising so far, let’s see how it goes
