I bought this on the recommendation of my advisor/professor in my Ed program. I’m reading the 3rd edition. I don’t agree (so far) with referring to verbal communication as “violent” or “nonviolent” but I am finding the strategies useful. I hope it will help me be a more compassionate communicator at work and in my family.
