Of course Elena's mission started shortly after I complained about it not having started yet 😂. Also Elena and Raphael's relationship is way too lusty for my liking. I don't feel much of an emotional connection between them.

I've been waiting a long time for Elena to go on the mission she is supposed to be on but I don't think that's going to happen for a while.

It's getting interesting now. Hopefully it stays that way.

I'm kind of bored and I am sick of the insta-lust between Elena and Raphael 😭.

I'm slumping after Alchemised 😭.

I'm really enjoying this book. I forgot how much I love early 2000s paranormal romance books. However Elena is being really dumb with how much she is challenging Raphael. He could kill her in one second.

I'm really excited to be finally reading this book. I know this series is absolutely huge but I think it will be an entertaining one.
