Think I’m gonna stop this book. I enjoyed it to begin with, but I feel it’s just going on and on now. I’ve tried to force myself to keep going, but there’s just endless anecdotes of the same ish stories showing that people do better when they’ve slept well, eaten well and try to disconnect from their stress. I may come back to this one day, because the writing style isn’t bad, but i am not feeling it atm.

Es wurde sehr viel Papier für Themen verschwendet, die man eigentlich durch seinen gesunden Menschenverstand bereits weiß. Hier konkret waren es 'Self-Talk' und 'Breath'. Aber ansonsten ganz gut. Vor allem das Unterkapitel zu 'Body Posture'.
