I’m so frustrated. Either finish Issac and Ayas story or focus on these new couples. These little hints here and there are so annoying. I hate the author dragged their story to the background for 3 books before I get the wrap up.
Anyways I like Lizzy and Jason a lot so far. I just wish this was all about them.

If you want to read the series, you better be prepared to sit down with pen and paper and mark out the genealogy of what's going on in this world otherwise you will be completely lost.
And it is literally being spelled out for the third time in this book.

"Alec for example, can torture with his mind... He can cripple an army of hundreds with a single thought"
This is such a weird choice to bring this character up again because it negates the entire premise of the good and the bad fighting it out when his power can stop it. Sure the bad guys have wards, but they didn't in the beginning. Nor did they in multiple scenarios in three books now. 🙄🤔
