Kirk is on page 61 of 633

Got the hard copy. Looks great, but it's 478 pages of text in 8-point type with 10-point leading, followed by 100 pages of endnotes in 8-point type with 9-point leading. And the endnotes are substantive, not just references. Let's see how far I get before my eyes give up and I buy the Kindle edition.

Currently reading a very long Kindle sample while waiting for interlibrary loan to deliver the book. More challenging to follow than Stump's other books, maybe because she wrote it first, but footnotes in her other books cite it constantly constantly.
