Reading more into this book helped me know that mindfulness will help me cope with my stress and anxiety. So far, I know intentions are more than just a sentence that will get you through but its a goal and gives you just a first step.

I just started this today and i'm appalled. Yes, I am aware I'm only on page 4 but the introduction was a couple of pages too. Anyways, the book is surprisingly-somewhat interesting if you want to read about life tips and other mindfulness tingz. I really did thought this book was going to be boring once I realized it wasn't a novel, but I guess its kinda not.
