Tavo is so sweet, telling Kim she'd look beautiful no matter what she did to her hair! I love that he's encouraging her to do whatever she wants! He's a smart man for knowing not to comment on hairstyles! I'm glad he learned after countless fights with his sister!

I remember when I dyed my hair for the first time! Best Decision Ever! 3 years later & I still love being a brunette after being a natural blonde all my life! It makes me feel more me!

She felt like something was missing in her life, which both Tavo & I can relate to! For each of us, it's something different!

I'd love to travel all over, explore & going sightseeing! Going to Mykonos sounds amazing! I bet it's gorgeous there! I'd LOVE to go to Venice, Italy & go on a gondola ride in the canals & go for Pizza afterward!!

Being in Spain gives Kim the opportunity to really see that there's a whole world out there & many different cultures! She felt stuck with her daily routine in the same city, state & country all her life. Her mom never allowed her to explore or travel really. She never gave her that kind of independence, so for Kim, being in Spain, she feels free for the first time in her life with nobody telling her what to do!

I get where Kim is coming from because, for me, it's kinda the same thing where I went to elementary school, middle school & high school with mainly the same kids. I live in a small town as well. Most people wouldn't know my town unless they live here, have lived here/grown up here, have friends or family who live here.

I admire Kim for stepping outside of her comfort zone & going all the way to spain by herself!

I think Kim is doing great! She's understanding certain things in the Spanish version of Breakfast at Tiffany's. She's getting there! She understands what's going on which is a step in the right direction! After a half hour, she now understands an entire sentence which is great progress! This is what learning is all about! This is how the journey works!

She can understand Audry Hepburn's character & relate to her!!!

In order to get the end result, you should allow yourself to enjoy the journey, learning takes you on & stick with it through the ups & downs to eventually get where you want to end up! Eventually, you'll get the hang of it & it won't seem so hard or scary!

I love that Tavo is helping Kim with her Spanish! This is a great way for me to learn Spanish as well! Feels good to re-read this book & learn these words again! The Thing about doing something new for the first time is scary & it's ok to mess up & make mistakes. That's part of learning, but the more you practice, the better you'll become! That's the advice I try to remember when I'm doing something new & I mess up!

Damn Tavo! Someone's naughty!! Ohh Shit! Kim is totally down for what Tavo just said! I love his & Kim's fun flirty banter back & forth! I love how close she is with Dani!!

I totally get where Tavo is coming from in the fact that watching someone in love when you're single or not happy in a relationship, really does suck & it's hard.

Tavo is wondering why him & Kim haven't had any Physical contact in more than a week. Well what he doesn't know is, his brother kinda ruined that for him by suggesting to Kim, Tavo was dating Sonia which isn't true.

With this book, I have loved learning all the Spanish words! Some of them sound so cool!

The most commonly asked question is, "What do you want to do when you graduate?" I know a lot of people including myself have no clue what they want to do after college & that's ok! Kim does have an interest in learning about Spanish cuisine which is pretty awesome! She's in the perfect place to explore that! Dani's right! You should do whatever you want to do. There's always a way to do it! She has some wise words!

I get that Kim's mom is scared to leave the house after what she went through when Kim was just a baby, but you can't let that stop you from living your life. You can't live in a bubble for the rest of your life. I think it's good they got extra security after what happened.

I'm glad her parents allowed her to go to Spain! It's definitely the best opportunity for Kim! It's definitely a big step but it's exciting!!

Dani sounds like someone who would be such a good friend! She's super friendly & really nice!

What Kim's mom went through when Kim was little, I feel for her. It's a scary thing to have to go through, but I'm glad she & Kim were alright! I know that would traumatize me if I were in that situation. I don't blame her mom for being super protective of her.

I'm glad her mom channeled her emotions into helping others!

Dani has been all over & I also can't help but be jealous of her too! It does, however, sound like she would be a great travel partner! I've been to a few more places than Kim, but I've never been out of the United States before. I have a bucket list though of countries I want to visit & explore! I'm glad Kim got the chance to go to Spain! She's brave to have gone there all by herself & not know anyone/ The Language

I love that Dani got Chocolate Gelato because I'd totally get the same thing which sounds really good!

Kim's feeling about starting school is how I felt pretty much every year of college, Excited, with a dash of scared and a tiny bit of confidence (well I didn't feel that part)

Dani is someone who is very well traveled & someone who can be a wealth of information & facts! I agree with Kim! I'm jealous of Dani too!

It's Interesting how different life is in Spain vs The United States. I guess all over Europe they call a stroller, a pram. Women are dressed up wearing heels & pushing their babies in prams. Whereas here in the US, you'd see moms wearing workout type clothing or something casual while pushing their babies in strollers in a park!

It does however, seem very lively in Spain with the music flowing & lots of people!

Kim knows that this is for the best. That both Shane & herself deserve better. Yes, it's painful but it's the right thing to do for both of them. She knows what she wants.

We all deserve love & joy! If you marry someone who is the love of your life & your best friend, I consider that to be a true blessing!

I can relate to Kim at this point. I also believe in love & that I can love someone my whole life! You'll meet the person you're meant to be with, when you least expect it & when you're not looking!

You shouldn't get married to someone if you don't love them, because if you do, you won't have any chance at a lifetime of love & happiness.

Love is out there for everyone! You just have to meet the right person for you! Just be true to who you are & don't change yourself for anyone or force feelings that aren't there. Just let love happen naturally.

I do appreciate & admire her honesty though! I like that she's being honest with herself as well as Shane. Kim is realizing that it's better to say it now before they make a huge mistake & get married which is a lifetime commitment. Sometimes clarity can come at the strangest time. It may not come to you right away, but it will always come to you at some point. It's up to you what you choose to do with that clarity

Spain seems so lively & full of life at night! It's so interesting to see the different type of culture they have in Spain! I've learned a lot from this book! I love being able to travel, explore & experience different cultures & countries without leaving my room! This is what I love about these kinds of stories! Leslie did really good with this book! I love how Tavo is teaching Kim the traditional Spanish dance!!!!!
