It took me a while to settle into this book. One difficulty is the audiobook version doesn't have any indicators of which point of view is being voiced, so you have to listen for context clues to figure that out. It would be easier if there were different narrators for the 5 women or distinct voices for them, or just something in the text that let you know who is talking now. I am not in love with this book yet.

I cannot recommend this book. It is poorly written, and I’m putting on the don’t bother list.

Incredibly relevant book in regards to our current political climate and the radicalization of a certain side, especially with concerns to the bodily autonomy of women. As much as I wish I could call it dystopia, this is absolutely a warning to the dangers of project 2025 and the absolute foolishness it is to have people in power creating laws about women’s bodies without having a degree in anything medical.
