Status Updates From A King's Rival

Ok. That's a second time I see the wrong name used. Rygar instead of Vash. Those mistakes are so distracting.

"You’ve put your life behind your desire for peace and prosperity…for both our peoples. You are not my rival. You are my better half.”

Aaaw, this is really sweet.

“Was the offer to leave ever made?” Rygar responded with surprising gentleness. “Because I don’t remember it.”
“It was not. But what does that matter? Apparently, my orders are disobeyed at every turn.”

LOL, I just thought exactly the same thing.

“It is late, and I am hungry,” Vash said. “Let us return to my chambers. We will eat…” He gave Rygar a smile. “And perhaps you will earn freedom for another of your proud warriors.”

LOL. Better keep the lube ready. Rygar might like to free two guys in one night.

That king has lube in a carved stone box on his bed side table. He apparently doesn't do this for the first time, LOL.

He was not broken, and that was good. The more Vash was around his barbarian, the less he wanted the man to break. Part of him enjoyed the defiance. The challenge of it anyway. He liked to win, but he also needed an opponent strong enough to be worthy of challenging.
And Chieftain Rygar Idran was strong enough to be worthy of any challenge.

'But he needed to stay as healthy and strong as he could if he were to have any hope of escaping and freeing his men.
Or you could give in. Let him take you. Let him command your body. Free your men that way…'
