I’ve self diagnosed my self as disordered eating. Talking to my therapist about it she informs me that I literally leave my body when eating. So this is on par for the rest of the issues I’m tackling. Taking steps to be present while eating. My body shakes in revolt. Guess I’m on the right track. This audiobook really hits it on the head. Very easy to follow and implement.

I dunno, but some of these "guidelines" just sound like a lot of rules. I'm not sure I need more rules around food.
