I'm kinda comparing this book to Bohemian and it's coming up pretty bad.

In Bohemian h and H had a truly special and beautiful connection, revolving around poetry and words. It made their romance feel believable. In this one, they just had a meet-cute and got a sudden dose of insta lust. H doesn't even do anything special.

Also their interactions kind of feel dry and they are both boring characters.

Loving this story, but this timeline is not working for me. So, she's back in NY, she sees him, he helps her that night, but then has surgery and recovering (days, weeks?) and now he comes over with sandwiches - wait, what? That timeline is weird...I call unexpected writer fast forward
