The flash was transferred to iron heights to be in the crime lab, while he was there he saw a few of the rouges and other villains. After he left he was took off the island and saw Meena his old partner who he thought had died

The flash took down bloodwork, which helped him realize that the negative speed force is controlled by his emotions. He is now having Kid flash help him control his powers so they aren’t as destructive.

The flash is working on a case which had led him to someone taking blood form the crime lab. While this is happing he is feeling the affects of the negative speed force even more now, it causes him to become more aggressive.

The Flash is feeling the effects of the Negative Speed force that he was infected with. The Negative Speed force gave him new powers and made him more destructive. He is also becoming more tired and can’t use his powers as regularly anymore.
