I'm on the last chapter. Ten pages to go.

This book goes up to page 337 because of the index. The text only goes up to page 276, so I've actually got only 28 pages left. I'm going to finish this finally! And then it's time for a little break from history.

This book seriously needs a glossary of the important people mentioned. That would help a lot!

I continue to read this slowly. It is a short book, but not an easy read. Lots of names and events, and I do think this book could have used a glossary of the players. When a name isn't mentioned for about a hundred pages, the author should assume the reader is not going to remember who it is.

I'm reading really slowly, or just not reading much. I don't blame the book.
