This one must go back to the library, so I'm moving it to my to-read list. Sigh.

This is a collection of essays by John Bayley, husband of the author, Iris Murdoch. It's literary criticism. After reading the table of contents, I can see that I'll be reading only those articles that are about books I am curious about or authors in whom I'm interested. Still, it seems to be very well-written. I expect to finish this one fairly soon as I have only one week until it's due back at the library!!
