This manga remains a masterclass in writing. It portrays its themes in a very gruesome way, however, that adds to the point and main theme that our imperfections and sinful nature if not dealt with can create calamity to ourselves and those around. I very much so enjoy this manga and the development of our protagonist and while it is insanely real, it is insanely good.

Volume 7 was once again very good and the volumes just keep getting more and more complex and interesting and intricate and the story is just so deep and amazing and I’m very intrigued to see what happens as our protagonist falls further from sanity.

So I am about 40% done and so far it has been great, just some parts have been very disturbing. Nakoshi as a character has been amazing (aside from some parts) and the side characters have very much intrigued me I forget the name of the guy but the piercing guy who initially did the operation I am very intrigued to know what is going on with him and all. Overall very good so far and can't wait to read more

Laura Nolan is starting

This was highly recommended by someone who also loves Ich The Killer (movie AND manga) and the character of Kakihara 😍 as much as me so I trust his opinion implicitly. And this manga was also written by Hideo Yamamoto, who also wrote Ichi. I tried watching the movie and it was so bad that I didn't even get 30 minutes into it. Just found the whole boxset of the manga online so I know what I'm doing today!
