What started off as an interesting sci-fi has turned into tedious theological onanism with caricatures rather than characters. It is, at times, an interesting read, but you will soon be screaming at the stupidity, outrageousness or sheer psychopathic evil of the varying antagonists or protagonists. You would have to incredibly credulous to believe that any of this were vaguely possible
