I really like how the author never gets to the moral high ground and talk down at you.

Wait wait wait! So there is the final plot twist about the girl!???

Suddenly the ex husband realizes his close friend is also in the know.

So...the mother is going to kill her daughter's murderer........then she will go on trail as an insane person, just the same like the murderer?

She wrote to her ex-husband: "I left our daughter to you, please look after her. Thanks for spending yesterday with me, I was so happy."

But the problem is, their daughter had already been killed 2 years ago.

Again, I am feeling sorry for almost everyone in the story.
