I'm sooooo sick of this girl having a crush with her best friend, that's everything that she says every time her pov comes.
"If I can't have Lark, I want a drink. It always comes back to this" like dudeeee chill.
It seems the author forgot that the ship in this book is Alec and May, and she shouldn't have this kind of thoughts in the present.
If Alec and May end up together I won't believe she really wants it.

This is quite possibly the most stressful Sarina Bowen book to exist, please stop
