so, I grew tired of all the gravy and mindless re-chewing other books by authors such as Mark Douglas' Trading in the zone and others and started skimming and skipping pages to get to the point.

The first two chapters are fillers so far, beating around the bush. It reminds me about those infomercials where you listen for lengthy never ending gravy about your mindset, and vague definitions of goals and blue prints, and "I will show you how to, just keep reading..." but the point of the book is nowhere.
