Stayed up WAY too late reading about the Gladstone Pack shifters, but I have no regrets.

Got to the spicy bits (🥵) and although things are going very well for the MCs, I'm sensing serious trouble on the horizon.

A few lines here and there seem to be foreshadowing something big coming and it's definitely not good.

I'm already attached to these guys and it's gonna hurt like hell.

I can't wait!

I keep putting this book down and not wanting to go back. It's a bit hard as the book tends to jump around a lot and finding it hard to focus in on the story and characters. But I am giving it one more go.

There’s finally some lesbians who’ve arrived and where are they placed to work? The kitchen. Fmal. All of the two women prior to this are mothers and pack cooks.

We’re about to get to the exceptional mating pregnancy which is the only reason I’m sticking with this book. I’m skipping the numerous sex scenes.

This book… erm.

I want to love it. The premise is incredible- gay shifters, True Elders, new packs. It has it all. However, the writer does tend to ‘tell, not show’ throughout which is very frustrating. There’s also been three points that I’ve shouted out loud about. Two were sex related and the third was about how male shifters can produce pups. I… I’m trying to finish it.

Things are getting hairy... armed attackers and arson!

It's amazing how much more sense a book makes when you start with book 1 of a series and not book 3! LOL

Great read so far. Intriguing and compelling story. Very well written

Damn... this is almost all telling with many POVs.... *sigh* I don't know why it has so many 5 star ratings. I'm bored and sadly just not interested at all. Life's too short.... DNF

Definitely odd... chapter beginning..."about Jack Eby:"..... "about Ben Blair:".... very odd.

This is starting out oddly.... I hope that the story isn't told like this prologue. This is like reading a history documentary.

So far, I'm not digging the POV. It's just a lot of head hopping. The dialog is cheesy and far from anything that could be considered a real conversation. This is rough.
