So far one of the best books I’ve started this year

I kinda don’t wanna read any further, because Marin and Mabel finally had such a beautiful and genuine moment together after such a strained relationship, and I don’t want them to mess it up. I want them to stay just like this

What I like about this book is that you don’t need to try too hard to keep up with what’s going on, you need only to let yourself be moved by the moment

This book is so good, and the vision that the author has is exceptional, but it’s just a little bit too easy. Each chapter explains what the literature is reflecting or expressing and doesn’t let the reader come to it themselves. LaCour is “Swifting it,” as I call it
