Status Updates From El beso de la mujer araña

Finished Chapter 4! Molina is feeling sick, and Valentin insists he finish the Nazi film to distract himself. Leni gets the maquis to take her to their leader, who turns out to be her boyfriend's servant. She kills him, but is shot when she tries to escape from a window. After her boyfriend kills the shooter, she dies in his arms and a statue is made for her in Berlin as a memorial. Overall, great chapter!

After what feels like forever, the guards finally come to give Molina and Valentin their dinner, but one plate has twice as much as the other. Valentin offers it to Molina, but Molina refuses, claiming he's not hungry. Molina was also just in the warden's office to sign some papers after switching lawyers. Will he be getting out soon?

Just started reading Chapter 4. Leni unwillingly gets involved with anti-Nazi spies who threaten her cousin, who later sacrifices himself to save her from them. But she is later turned against them after a trip to Berlin to star in a movie, where she is brainwashed by Nazi propaganda and disgusted at the sight of Paris on her return. Yikes!
