This book exhausted me several times. Everyone was perfect, no faults, or flaws and they all fell on their feet and their world is shiny and everything works out perfectly. Too saccharine and cheesy for my tastes I’m afraid.

Too many characters who are all a bit too perfect and shiny. I can’t keep up with who’s who so I’m tuning them all out but it’s exhausting.

Good grief that school run was exhausting and I was only reading about it.

Except for the first one, I didn't read any of the books in the series; I'm starting to remember why... It started out all right, but at this point I'm really just rolling my eyes. Not sure I'll finish. Seems unlikely, though.

For someone with such an open family, Mikey is quite judgy (I know that’s not a word)

This book could do with fewer pages.

This book is soooo unnecessarily long, I totally adore Mikey’s kids though.

~ And I think it’s truly a wonderful thing that MJ wanted and felt he could ask his dad to join them on a double date! I’m sure lots of parents would have loved that honor :-)!! What a show of love and trust :-)!!

I get that a lot of readers will appreciate this because it means someone can relate and they’re not alone, but some readers do NOT want to read about this kid-chaos!! If the rest of this book is this kid-centric, it’ll lose me FAST!!

I...am torn. This is sweet, funny and adorable. But everyone’s too perfect and this late in the game, it’s A LOT of people. Also, it’s a bit too much tell than show. Although not so bad. It’s just teetering on the edge of the ratio of show vs tell. I’m conflicted 🙈

*sigh**sigh**sigh* turn the page and still more backstory.... *sigh**sigh**sigh*

This series has made me laugh, cry and rethink what love could or should be. Thank you for all of your time, love and creative ideas. You took us on a journey with you and I will always remember the love I found within this series.
