I think it’s iterating that mental fatigue plays a role in how well you perform as well as your state of mind. The other day I was watching a YouTube video of a trainer giving placebo steroids and the guy performed very well almost just as well as having enhancers.

Bruh I can’t imagine having to swim 1200 meters and only have a limited supply of oxygen. Then getting paddled if I come up for air. Also the fact that these people can do these crazy things is wild. Bc why can’t I run 3 miles without stopping at a decent below 10” pace.
