look ok don’t judge me for reading this. it’s for work. bc guess what keeps being announced that i apparently don’t understand as well as I thought? yeah. so I took it from the office, don’t tell my boss. (not bc I stole it, but bc he laughed at me when I asked bc I apparently we don’t need permission to just take books from his office but nobody told me that, ok? ok.)

So in short, the book is all about how sanctions are 'nicer' and slower wars, but wars they are. Well... Sure.
