Disjointed and repetitive but with enough worthwhile nuggets to keep me going. So many times it says "see below" but there's nothing to see! Like it was taken from museum walls or other publications.

Table of contents is also inaccurate.

Disjointed and repetitive but filled with enough quality nuggets to keep me reading. Luckily the chapters are all short, so not too painful to keep going. Should have just used footnotes, the constant citations are a distraction. Also, the table of contents is not accurate. I assume that will be fixed with later versions.
