I have debated for several years whether or not I wanted to read this series. GameLit is not really something I generally read, but this story is more character driven rather than game driven. The author writes well enough that I want to know what happens to the characters. I skip the game mechanics.

The author is great at world building. The world is fun interesting and exciting. If the protagonist's intersections with this world and it's rules were then maun focus if the stories I would rank the book more highly. In my opinion the amount of time describing the sexual relationships of the main characters is a distraction and the 'acts' therein are overly descriptive (for my taste).

This book is REALLY heavy on the emotional/relationships between Al, Fluff, Karen and Stacia. It is BORING. I am really sick of the scrappy English. I know it's supposed to be an accent but it just doesn't flow. It's a struggle to read. It makes me fucking cringe!

IDK what to say. It looks like it all makes sense and fits but I'm not a psychiatrist. It justifies the personalities of Karen and Fluff. Stacia is stil very wierd and backstory-less thus shallow a one dimensional.

If Stacia and Fluffball were replaced by normal people, this book would be good

So far extremely repetitive, but good enough to keep going...
Really this 34% could be reworked in half the pages without missing a thing!
