Then she’s like the “only friends I did have where then crying or offering awakened words of sympathy” when her mom died, who was “the only one who understood her” (🙄) Malakhi was the only one to treat her the same, but ugh he’s so insufferable (🤬)

Rivkah’s assumption about Malakhi being a boy is something I fully agree with. The way that he loved & respected his brother to then choose to push away his love for her, is so honorable, but then he’s so arrogant & sees how unwilling she is for this betrothal yet still comes on to her, like a stroke of the hand & a pretty smile will be all she needs to get past that.
She’s no better tho! Talk about childish
