Status Updates From Elric of Melniboné

Couldn't do it. Just too trite and boring, I was so excited after the prologue which was highly entertaining, but then it just tanked.

I read this book in one sitting. I’ve come to realize that Moorcock’s writing and settings are just so awesome to me. Elric’s struggle with his weakness, his identity as emperor, his conflict with his cousin, and his indenture to his sword and patron are really unique. Love this stuff.

''it is like a market place," said rackhir, "so many bargains!"

fuck.
