The last few stories now start to feel Bentley little lore. All of these normal things turn weir like the mall or car wash. Black Friday connects with the store and pretty good. Maybe I will reread now that I have the lividian press edition.. so far only one store I didn't enjoy "the piano with two fingers'

Pool, Air Conditioning, Free HBO. Twin Peaks vibes, but way less quirky and more malevolent. But I liked this one.

Pictures of Huxley. A very melancholy one and ethereal, like the emotional residue of an unremembered dream.

My College Admission Essay. Babies crying are indeed very much annoying, but THAT much? No, thank you. Also, the dad's clown friends? Creepy.

Schoolgirls. Ultraviolence is not my kind of thing.

The Maid. Don't be rude to waiters, unless a waiter is really rude to you. I didn't really like this one much.

The Smell of Overripe Loquats. When there's a humanoid figure made of things figures usually aren't made of, you can expect trouble.
This one is a kind of Lord of the Flies and Children of the Corn crossover, but with excessive Catholic guilt. Nothing's ever free unless you earn it.

Sticky Note. What's up with this man and the issue of marriage infidelity? These ones where it's thematised are really sad ones.
