The most important thing I learned from this book is that lots of things gain fame from being shareable. If a person can relate to something, or thinks something is funny, or is hit with some kind of emotion from something off the internet, they will more than likely share it on social media as a means of showing other people what they like, or who they are as a person.

My favorite thing about this book so far is it’s use of simple language. It doesn’t use too much jargon and is really easy to understand, allowing the reader to focus more on the concepts rather than trying to figure out what a word means.

I genuinely enjoy reading this book! It touches up on the subject of Internet Fame and how each entity that has reached internet fame got there. It explains concepts and similarities between famous marketing campaigns and videos and explains how to break through the “noise”. The book doesn’t use a lot of marketer jargon, and is very friendly to the average person. I really enjoy this read!
