The Breakfast - a girl dreams about the demise of one of her friends. Her parents try to calm her saying that dreams don't = reality. Story ends with the implication that yes they do. 3.5 Stars

Tina Reyes - Young, beautiful and lonely Tina Reyes has caught the eye of a stranger. She is paralyzed with news of young women being brutalized and killed by men so she cannot enjoy his attention (which admittedly was a little odd). The story ends with the reader trying to determine whether she's nutz or he's is dangerous. One of the better stories in my view. 4+ Stars

End of a Struggle - A man wrestles with his mental health when he sees his old obsession walking around with his perceived doppleganger. Turns out he's looking at ghosts. 3.5 Stars

Oscar - A huge clearly mentally unstable son holds his family emotionally hostage in their home. The parents die and Oscar burns the house down with himself in it. The rest of his siblings escape the burning house and Oscars control and never look back...

Haute Cuisine - A meal is prepared comprised of nameless, strange creatures. Genuinely creepy. 4 Stars

Musique Concrete - Weird tale of a scorned woman who is stalked by her husband's mistress who is bitter and numb. Her description is that she is toadlike and her croaking is causing terror. 4 Stars

The Cell - Another creepy one about a wealthy spinster who is lonely but doesn't desire company, just wants to be wanted. She marries and becomes a possession to a cruel husband who keeps her prisoner.

Fragment of a Diary - A mentally fragile man who says he is studying suffering plots to kill a beautiful woman that he fantasized about because her death would provide him eternal suffering...

The Houseguest - Creepy tale of an malevolent, abrasive and creepy houseguest. 4 Stars

Moses and Gaspar - Weird one. Moses and Gaspar are creatures that apparently haunt the a living brother. I don't know if they were suppose to represent the two living brothers or were demons and the brothers that they lived with were doomed to dispair and misery indirectly at the hands of the creatures. 3.5 Stars
