Now, I have read many problematic and controversial books before, and I didn't think this would be either of them. For the most part, it's not. But, this one quote is so outrageous that it keeps making me angry...
"Were you so afraid I'd rape you that you'd rather die?".....

I have a very low tolerance for a hero who is
reckles, selfish and overbearing. Just because he has kidnapped her, he decides it's good to force himself on her! And what was really nerve-wracking for me was when she begged him to please make love to me! A complete Stockholm syndrome!
But out of respect for Linda Howard, I will continue reading this book. Maybe the the hero will become a little more likeable..

Me ha encantado! sobre el medio he temido que se hiciera aburrido pero ha dado un giro muy interesante las últimas 100 páginas no podía dejar de leerlas. Aún no sé qué nota darle si un 4 o un 5 creo que es el que más me gusta de los ambientados en el oeste de Linda Howard.
