I learned beets are one of the sweetest veggies in existence. The sugars act as an antifreeze for the plant in cold weather.
We’re gonna try the roasted beets with ginger and chives recipe & beet chips. I kinda want to try beet muhammara, but Matt’s not a big fan of beets so I’m pushing him with 2 recipes already lol
