I love Stormzy’s appreciation of Ed Sheeran. I don’t know why Ed gets trolled like that. He’s not only good but you can tell he’s just lovely and refreshingly normal.

Do TiiNY creating the set list 10 mins before going on stage is kinda crazy. I’m curious what the average time an artist spends on curating set lists for concerts.

Stormzy’s advice is straightforward and spot on. Whatever your passion is - art, music, writing, dance, forget the rest, you do the thing you’re supposed to do.

Really interesting advice. Austin says the best manager is someone who gets you and buys into your vision. Very Robert Baratheon coded in what he said.

Manon is so funny, he was not happy with shows being organised shabbily and started his own live nights and he made sure everything and everyone was on time. lol people like that are so funny and cute with all their orderliness.

“I’ve never left a job until I’ve gone as far as I can”. I feel it, one way or another, a desire to build a legacy.

Really like Austin and relate to his views. Being nosy, asking questions, until you find others above you seeking your opinion to question how you shape processes and decisions e.g. why are we broadcasting this, why this event? I worked in marketing for many years in my first role, so I really enjoy how Austin’s mind works.
