I don’t think I’m going to make it to the end of this one omg… This has got to be one of the worst fucking books I’ve read in my entire life… it’s taken me like 10 days to suffer through to 34% 🥹🥹🥹 and sucked every inch of joy that reading usually brings out of my body in the process.

Can we do something else besides chores pleaseee? 🙏🥱

I find that this book overexplains itself way too much. I get that Laurie is a bit of a dum dum but I swear your readers are smarter than that 😅

Laurie has got to be the dumbest fucking MC I've ever encountered??? Like, ever??? I literally hate him so much... I have so many sections of highlight notes that just say "Dumb" because everything he says, feels and inner monologues is just absolutely stupid and nonsensical within the situations he's in 😂

Please please stop using the word ‘hokey’. It’s only 10% and this word has been used like 15 times and grating my brain every. single. time. Find another word I’M BEGGING YOU 🥲🥲🥲

Very sweet and sincere. Likeable MCs and decently unique story. Got a bit bored around 70%: not a huge fan of ‘characters in love—conflict is societal’.
