Status Updates From The Lydia Steptoe Stories

the next diary entries are from a teenage boy HOWEVER coming off of the first story i'm not sure if it actually is a different character or it's the first girl again given she was all 'being a girl is awful, i'm opting out' (not in those words but something to that effect)

read the first story. it's a wildly interesting fourteen year old, who invites her sister's fiancé supposedly for a liaison but with the actual intention of whipping him for turning up/the betrayal which sounds to me like more of an adult urge but - plot twist - who should arrive instead but her mother??! she then decides she doesn't want to be a mother or a wanton but a boy and who can blame her
