I understand that the point is that her mom hides behind like a mask (metaphorically) but shes always on about "shes co composed looking perfectly calm so I know she isn't" (not a direct quote) so what does she look like when she calm?????

Its so funny to me that she calls her boyfriend's dad by his first name (at least in her head)
