Status Updates From Blueberry Cupcake Mystery (...

Very simplistic story. First 20 pages, the MC discovered the break-in at the bakery and talked and talked about it. Second 20 pages, MC is catching up on all the orders she has to fulfill and is still talking about the break-in. No foreshadowing, no plot movement. And the story is actually only 89 pages with lots of white space. This is a short novella with a lot of extra back matter. And not a very good mystery.
