3 stars because the first 84 percent was pretty good. Then it just went down hill really fast.

I BBC always thought I’d love to know what happens after the rescue. I don’t anymore. From 84 percent onwards this book died in the arse for me.

The most unbelievable press conference I’ve ever read. Right up to that moment I was really enjoying this book. The news headline I was willing to overlook but, ugh, that news conference was too much.

The story line is good, the writing is clumsy, the graphic details are great ( I even cringed in disgust at one point). I love that it’s set in Brisbane and I recognise places in it.
