Bradbury Weather: This is one of those science fiction stories where you're dropped in the middle of it with no preamble or explanation. You figure it out along the way. And while I don't think I figured everything out, what I did learn was rich and complex and so interesting. Poor Dorry. 3

Andromeda Among the Stones: A quintessential Kiernan story. It has all the elements of their best works and I cannot stop thinking about that ending.
La Peau Verte: Such a lovely and horrifying depiction of trickster fae.
Houses Under the Sea: One of Kiernan's greatest stories. Read it in grad school first and it really never gets old.
Bradbury Weather (so far): Love when Kiernan gets science fiction-y with it.

Andromeda Among the Stones: this. is. why. i. read. caitlin. kiernan!!!!
A classic Kiernan story of horrific and gorgeous proportions. This one was particularly fun because it’s hard to follow exactly what’s going on, but who tf cares because the imagery is fabulous.
