Katherine has been convinced that Thomas is a Druid not once, but twice. This second time was painful.

C’mon guys, surely you could have been a little more straightforward. I struggle to see the necessity of having the fake assassination attempt, the separate traveling to Nazareth, or the package, wasn’t it decided you could trust Thomas?

Is it concerning that their first not-stolen kiss is their third one?

It took me a bit to get this update entered. But here it is!

It’s funny how the book’s opening scene seemed so confusing and random at the time, but now it makes sense. Nothing made sense in the beginning; a lot is cleared up now, but the secrets reach deeper still.

Thomas is going to meet his father?

So, it is final, the Earl of York is a good guy, we can debate his choices, but this is my judgement.

Yay! The Earl of York’s a good guy! Very likable character he is. It’s also quite interesting to see a story where the protagonist isn’t really with the good guys or the bay guys yet. It reminds me of another Thomas I know…
