Barely begun and I am so glad I finally bit the bullet and paid the price to get a copy of this book from the USA (I can't tell you how many time I have nearly bought a book then stopped when I found it was going to cost me twice as much to have it delivered) but really what I am annoyed with is the parochialism of UK publishers.
