I just started this book, if you didn’t know, I have Narcolepsy, Type 2.
It might seem like an oxymoron, but people with this condition struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep at nightnight. We have a dysfunctional sleep-wake cycle. I’m hoping this book will help me feel seen… or if it isn’t good, maybe this audio will bore me enough that I can finally sleep at night.
