The material in this was weird & not that good. Nothing was very interesting & I’m disappointed this didn’t include the coal mine either!! And not enough talk on them leaving or staying. An unexpected little surprise at the end that was funny. It feels good to finally be done. This was so drawn out, I hate it took me that long to finish. I just haven’t been in a reading mood.

8-8. Pg91. At least I read some today. The humor just isn’t here. There’s been moments that feel like the earlier, better books, but they’re few. It makes me long for the humor and shenanigans in the others.

8-3. Pg59. Made better progress today but then it stopped…Definitely not the progress I wanted to make. Was hoping to finish today…I hope there’s some antics and humor coming up, it hasn’t quite picked up yet.

8-2. Pg28. I liked the recent “I’m sorry for your loss” scenes with Caroline. I dearly hope this is better than the last two.

Jul 29 I am so disappointed. I was so let down as far as setting and plot and it just wasn’t funny or interesting. I didn’t enjoy it and it lost its charm and humor. The series will stay downhill apparently.
