Status Updates From Not Just Friends

I keep trying to read this but I read a few pages and it's just some guy going about his life, vaguely wondering about the fact that he likes one of his roommates in *maybe* an unexpected way. I get bored after 4-5 pages and put it down again. I feel like this could be something if it would just get to it.
