Status Updates From Ezaara (Riders of Fire, #1)

It's a little below my reading level (it's basically a kid's book), but it has heart and is fun. Plus it was free, so I'm sticking with it.

I'm hitting pause on this one until the holidays are over.

honestly, if it weren't nearly midnight, I feel like I could read this book in one sitting (because so far, it's good!)

he stayed up all night and made her a cane because she sprained her ankle 🥺

immediately thrown into the action, feels a little bit rushed initially but already feeling hopeful 🤞🏻

This is quite readable, the plot engaging enough I’m flying thru it. At the same time though there’s an awful lot of moments that are just kind of eye-rollingly obvious or are just plot holes that make no sense 🫠
