This man uses a lot of anecdotes and phrases from his mother chastising him as a little boy and it's starting to concern me. Is Dr. Furman okay?

I'm no doctor, but I disagree with a lot of this book.
1. Being diagnosed with diabetes is comparable as to having your first heart attack. Uh- no it isn't.
2. He stopped eating cheese cause it's the food with the most trans fats which leads to heart attack... I mean, not exactly.
3. If you're overweight, you're "preobese." - dude, shut the fuck up.
Despite the great diabetic information this doctor is a dingus.
